How do I place an order?
Choose your purchase items, add them to the shopping cart, and when you are finished check out.
COUPON CODES:

You must use Coupon Code in the coupon box when checking out to have the discount automatically applied to your order.

This discount cannot be applied after you checkout. You must apply the coupon code before checking out or the discount will not apply. The office cannot apply the discount.

Payment and Shipping
WI residents will be charged sales tax according to the address.
All shipping will be calculated according to the address it is being delivered to. All orders will be insured through USPS.
Insurance covers damaged products or lost products "while in transit". Please take into consideration boxes that have been delivered and are sitting on your doorstep unattended. They are NOT covered by insurance. We can NOT be responsible for packages delivered and left unattended.
Soy wax has a low melt point and can melt when the weather is hot or if they are left in a vehicle or mail box during hot weather. If you're ordering in the summertime it is your responsibility to keep the weather conditions in mind. Insurance will not cover candles because of melting.
Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-3 days. You will receive a notification with the shipping confirmation number. Please contact us if there is a problem with the shipping or if you have concerns regarding your order.

Return Policy
If a product is defective contact us and we will either replace the item OR refund the cost of the item.
Items are NOT returnable unless the product is defective.. Please supply photo/photos in your email.
